Short answer
West Chester Flood Cleanup Pros (westchesterfloodcleanup.com) connects homeowners with trusted local service providers for water damage, flood cleanup and mold help. When you call or submit the estimate form, we collect your request and forward it to a provider who can inspect the damage and offer a written estimate. We do not invent provider brand names on this page.
What that means for you
- You describe a water, flood or mold problem (or ask a general question).
- We capture name, phone, ZIP, city/location and source page.
- A local provider in or near Chester County is assigned to follow up.
- That provider is responsible for licensing, insurance, on-site work, pricing and warranties.
What we are responsible for
- Running this Site and its forms
- Routing your inquiry in good faith to a provider who serves your area when coverage allows
- Honest marketing content (no fake reviews, badges or invented licenses)
- Honoring privacy requests described in our Privacy Policy
What the provider is responsible for
- Confirming they can serve your address
- Inspection, scope, price and contracts
- Workmanship and any guarantees they offer
- How they store your information after they receive the lead
No guarantee of service
Submitting a lead does not guarantee that a provider will accept the job, arrive at a specific time or match a price range you saw online. Storm spikes and Category 3 flood jobs can create delays. If we cannot place your lead, we will try to say so when we can.
Paid relationships
This Site may be compensated by local providers for connecting them with homeowners who request help. That does not change your right to a clear estimate and to hire anyone you choose.
